How many people close to me are so obsessed with taking photos? let me count then. I, myself is a cam whore. I like being photographed as much as I like taking photos but I am not as serious as my soul sisters are though. Steffi already has her own photography business and she specializes in portraiture while my sister Jenny is making progress with her photography skills since she joined the camera club. While they indulge so much into the details and principles of taking good photos like aperture and shutter speed, blah blah blah, here I am, so content with my point and shoot digital camera. I mean, why fuss when my instant camera does it all for me.
I was wrong because even if it is a point and shoot camera, there are basic things that I need to learn like positioning the subject of your photo. See, the position of the subject is entirely dependent on the one who takes the photo. Just about a couple of months ago, I finally figured out how to adjust my camera's megapixel settings for the first time in the one year and three months that it has been with me. I told you I don't read manuals, right?
Envious of my sister's output, I tried searching for articles to help me take better pictures but instead I got engrossed with this article on What to do in the garden in November because I was intrigued by it. I didn't know that November is a busy month in the garden.
Speaking of cameras, I need to re-charge my batteries because tomorrow's a Friday which means a lot of picture-taking for LCMRD Fridays.
