Yes! It's a Holiday...Oh no, it's not!

Just when everyone was so happy and busy planning a long weekend getaway this month-end because of the earlier announced holidays on November 27,28 and November 30, Malacanang retracted its announcement declaring November 27 as a non-working holiday.  Isn't that such a spoiler?!????

I wonder how many are so pissed with this announcement yesterday.  They did apologize though.
