It's the first day of September today which means that we've reached the last quarter of the year which also means that the happiest times of the year is a couple of months away. I smell the ho-ho-holidays! Even now that I am an adult, I still feel giddy with excitement whenever the start of the ber-months approaches. I look forward to happy times and I guess everybody does.
I had a pretty good start in September. After helluva lot of procrastinating, I finally had my application for a passport submitted earlier today and in about a month's time, I will be a proud holder of a Philippine passport. I together with a friend finally had taken the first step to seeing what the world outside the Philippines is like. I asked him what would be the first destination to make a mark on his passport and he could barely think of any place so I told him, how about Madagascar? Now that wouldn't be far-fetched a dream right?
Since it's a good start, might as well make the most of it and challenge myself a bit harder like trying to do a blog post everyday. I guess that wouldn't be that hard but the harder challenge lies in coming up with a good quality post. The much dreaded judgement has already arrived when I lost my page rank for purely being lazy. Why blog when you can't blog in the first place. (Does that make a point?) Anyways, I'll give it a shot but like what my Tita Malou said, I should just take everything in stride and surely better things lie ahead and that would be a pleasant surprise but not much because I am kinda expecting it, so much, actually. But I guess I've made a good start today. Let's see tomorrow.
