I feel that I haven't been in touch with this blog lately though I occasionally write a few posts, most of them are memes which I have grown tired to post either. So here's a few random updates, in case you're interested to know.

MY OTHER BLOG makes me happy these days. I used to wonder for a long time when my readers will ever grow in number. You see, I installed this feedburner widget for me to see how many readers I have via feed. For the longest time, there has only been one reader until that miraculous day on July 31 when it reached 13 readers. But I wasn't about to be happy for a long time because the day after that, it went down to only one and I suspect I was the only one reading my blog then. Then came last Saturday, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it has grown to 38 readers. Thank you very much whoever you are for reading my blog. I greatly appreciate you all. Hope that you keep on coming back.

The week that has been was an emotional roller-coaster. We were all saddened by the great loss of our nation with the passing of our dearly loved President Cory Aquino and was at the same time overwhelmed at how we Filipinos have re-lived the spirit of EDSA. It was a momentous event! We cried tears of sadness and joy at the same time. Then there was news about what would probably be the Last Supper at Le Cirque after the controversy it spurred when news about the $20,000 bill broke out. I reminded me about Nanay Dionesia being asked if it were true that she splurged 1M pesos on a shopping spree in US which she earlier on denied saying it was too much but later revealed it wasn't 1M pesos but $20,000--hahaha, Nanay Dionesia is just so lovable. But she's no Nanay Dionesia, and there are a hundred other worthy ways of spending one million in an impoverished country.

Meanwhile, in case you want to know what I've been up to these days. Facebook has finally got me, I got addicted to the typing maniac game on Facebook and am proud to say that I topped the ranking among my friends. There's no money involved but at least I earned bragging rights...hehehe.. Also, I have been lacking sleep for quite a long time now and my body is beginning to protest. So I guess, I have to stop it here and get some good night sleep. Oh, I wish Friday you are here.
